Acceptance of These Terms

Welcome to aigeminiomni.org at https://aigeminiomni.org. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to our website, accounts, billing flows, and the Google Omni AI Video Generator workspace.

By accessing or using aigeminiomni.org, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

aigeminiomni.org is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. "Google", "Gemini", "Omni" and "Veo" are trademarks of Google LLC.

Service Description

aigeminiomni.org provides a browser-based chat-edit workflow for generating, remixing, and managing AI video outputs from text prompts, images, and related media. Generations run on the Gemini video stack (currently Veo 3.1, which the leaked Omni model extends).

When Google officially ships the public Google Omni model, aigeminiomni.org will automatically switch your workspace to it. Features, underlying models, pricing, availability, and limits may change over time at our discretion.

Eligibility and Accounts

To use certain features, you may need an account. You agree that:

The information you provide is accurate and up to date
You will protect your login credentials
You are responsible for activity under your account
You will notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised

We may refuse service, reclaim usernames, or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the platform.

Subscriptions, Credits, and Billing

If we offer paid plans, subscriptions, or credits:

Prices and plan details are shown on the relevant pricing or checkout page
You authorize charges associated with the selected plan or purchase
Recurring subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled according to the applicable plan terms
Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise

User Content

You may submit prompts, uploads, reference media, and other materials through the service ("User Content"). You keep any rights you have in your User Content, subject to applicable law.

You grant aigeminiomni.org a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, store, reproduce, and display User Content only as needed to:

Operate and provide the workspace
Generate the video outputs you request
Maintain account history and provide support
Improve reliability, safety, and abuse prevention

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use aigeminiomni.org to:

Break any applicable law or regulation
Infringe, violate, or misappropriate intellectual property, trademark, publicity, or privacy rights — including impersonating real public figures or generating deceptive deepfakes
Upload or generate unlawful, abusive, deceptive, hateful, or malicious content
Circumvent limits, access controls, security features, or pricing mechanisms
Probe, disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer restricted parts of the service except where law clearly permits it
Use automated means to scrape, resell, or exploit the service without authorization
Re-market generated outputs as official Google, Gemini, Omni, or Veo content

We may investigate suspected abuse and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination.

AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated video, audio, and image output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before publishing, sharing, or relying on them.

We do not guarantee originality, legal clearance, factual accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. The Gemini video stack and any successor models (including Google Omni when it ships publicly) operate under their respective providers' content policies, which apply to your generations.

Intellectual Property

The aigeminiomni.org website, branding, interface, software, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

"Google", "Gemini", "Omni" and "Veo" are trademarks of Google LLC and are used here only for informational identification of the upstream video stack our workspace builds upon.

Third-Party Services

aigeminiomni.org integrates with third-party providers for hosting, analytics, authentication, payment, and AI video processing (including the upstream Gemini video stack). We are not responsible for third-party services, content, or policies outside our direct control. Your generations may be subject to the terms and content policies of those upstream providers.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

You violate these Terms
Your use creates legal, security, or operational risk
Payment obligations are not met
We are required to do so by law or upstream service provider constraints

You may stop using the service at any time.

Disclaimer of Warranties

aigeminiomni.org is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Liability
